  1. Adopt a resolution amending the FY24 adopted budget to increase appropriations in the Measure B Fund (Fund 212) by $408,134.

Award a Contract to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the Design of Two Traffic Signals Project No. 24-RFP-PW-498 in the amount of $149,854, Approve a Project Contingency of $29,971, and Approve a Total Project Expenditure of $179,825 for Design Services
